These terms govern your use of OurDay (ourday.be), a wedding planning platform operated in Belgium. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Service Description
OurDay is a multi-tenant wedding planning platform that allows couples to create personalised wedding websites, manage guest lists, collect RSVPs, and organise event details. The service includes a page builder, invitation system, and optional paid features.
Account Registration
To use OurDay, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
You are responsible for all content and data you add to the platform, including guest information. You confirm that you have the right to share the personal data of any guests you add to the system.
Subscription and Payments
OurDay offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through our payment provider Mollie. Prices are displayed including VAT where applicable.
You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
Content Ownership
You retain full ownership of all content you upload or create on OurDay (text, images, designs). By using the service, you grant OurDay a limited license to host, display, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of operating the service.
OurDay does not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. When you delete your account, your content is permanently removed.
Prohibited Use
You agree not to use OurDay to:
- Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems
- Use the platform for spam, phishing, or other abusive purposes
- Interfere with the operation or security of the service
Service Availability
We strive to keep OurDay available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will endeavour to notify users of planned downtime in advance.
Limitation of Liability
OurDay is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by Belgian law, OurDay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to OurDay in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Upon deletion, all your data is permanently removed in accordance with our privacy policy.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with notice where practicable. In case of termination for cause, no refund will be provided for the remaining subscription period.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Brussels, Belgium.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of OurDay after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
